They do ask for some data, and nothing felt super weird or alarming. Still, I kind of regret not paying more attention upfront because the privacy info isn’t as clear as I’d like. It’s okay overall, but I wish they made everything easier to understand.

"Promo Code Wouldn’t Go Through"
I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it just kept failing with no real explanation. It was frustrating, especially because if a company is going to offer a discount, it feels only fair that it should actually work or at least clearly explain why it doesn’t. I ended up not using it at all.

I returned my order to shopmanto.us the whole thing went smoothly!!! I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and explained what I needed to do clearly!!!
The refund came through without any drama, which I really appreciated!!! Not every return process is this easy, so I’m glad this one was quick and stress-free!!!

I got impatient fast during checkout because the card payment page just felt a little sketchy. I wasn’t sure if I could trust it, and at that point I just wanted to finish the order without feeling like I had to double-check everything.

"Clean look and easy to browse"
I actually liked the overall style of shopmanto.us. The site has a clean, simple look that’s easy on the eyes, and the pages don’t feel crowded or messy. The colors and layout are straightforward but still look nice. I was mostly just checking out the design, and it gave me a good first impression. Any extra clutter would’ve been avoidable, so I’m glad they kept it simple.

I got a shirt from shopmanto.us and the color threw me off right away. Online it looked like this soft beige shade, which is basically why I ordered it, but in person it was more yellowish tan. I kept checking the photos again like maybe I remembered it wrong, but no, it just didn’t match.
The shirt itself was fine, not amazing but not terrible, and I guess the fabric was okay. Still, when you buy something for a specific color, it’s annoying when it shows up looking different. Maybe their lighting is too bright or the editing is off, I don’t know. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the product photos get more accurate.

I logged into my account and yeah, it took a second try, but it wasn’t some huge disaster or anything. The page was a bit slow, which was slightly annoying, but it still worked in the end. it could be smoother, but people act like every little delay is the end of the world.

"Order was mostly right, but one item was wrong"
I got most of my order, but one of the items was wrong, which was annoying. What bothered me more is how these policy loopholes always seem to make it harder for the customer to get a simple fix. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but I definitely expected the order to be checked better before it went out.

"Checkout kind of tested my patience"
I tried placing an order on shopmanto.us, and the checkout process was a bit frustrating. It kept hanging right when I was trying to move forward, and the payment page felt more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe I was already impatient, I don’t know, but I just wanted to get it done and move on. It finally went through after I refreshed the page, so at least the order worked in the end, but it wasn’t the best first impression

"Shopping on mobile was kind of a hassle"
I tried using the site on my phone and, yeah... it was frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, and a few buttons just didn’t seem to respond the way they should. I also kept having to zoom in to read or tap things, which got annoying fast. Maybe it works better on desktop, I don’t know, but the mobile version definitely feels like it needs some work

"Honestly, solid stock"
I was kind of surprised, but most of the stuff I looked for was actually in stock. One item said limited quantity, so I had that quick “wait, is this going to disappear?” moment, but checkout went through just fine. Overall, good experience.

"Photos made it look way better..."
I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice and high quality... but in person, it just didn’t have the same feel at all. The colors looked different, and some of the details seemed a lot cheaper than what was shown online. Maybe it was just the lighting in the photos, but it felt misleading. I don’t think I’d trust the product pics again

I would’ve liked to see a few more payment options, since I prefer having choices. But I used my card and it went through without any issues, so it worked out fine for me.
